How It Works

From first call to a full calendar in five days.

No long setup, no drawn-out onboarding. We've run this process so many times that getting a new AIL or Globe Life agent live takes less than a week.

01Day 1

Discovery Call

A 30-minute call with your account manager. We cover which lead types you're running, your target territory and geographic restrictions, your calendar setup and appointment preferences, and how quickly you currently follow up on new leads. For AIL agents, we confirm your district or agency alignment so we understand the structure above you.

02Days 2–3

Script Alignment

We don't start from a blank page. We have established scripts for every AIL and Globe Life lead type, and we align them to your territory, your presentation style, and any language your agency manager prefers. For Globe Life we align to the specific offer the prospect responded to; for POS we align to the tone you want your existing clients to experience.

03Day 3

Lead List Setup

You send us your lead list or most recent batch of response cards. We import, clean, and scrub every contact against the current Do Not Call registry before any calling begins. For AIL campaigns we also check for contacts already marked as active POS clients to apply the right script to the right person.

04Day 4

Calendar Integration

We connect our system to your calendar. Confirmed appointments appear directly in your GoHighLevel, Calendly, or Google Calendar — with the prospect's name, phone number, lead type, and notes from the prospecting call. You receive an instant notification the moment each appointment is confirmed.

05Day 5

First Calls & Review

Your setter begins calling. By end of day 5 you'll have your first confirmed appointments and your first batch of 3–5 call recordings to review. We ask for feedback within 24 hours — any adjustments to tone, script, or targeting are implemented immediately.

06Week 2+

Weekly Rhythm

Every Monday a report arrives covering the prior week's dials, contact rate, appointments set, and no-shows rebooked. Every missed appointment is re-contacted within 24 hours and rebooked at no extra charge. Any change to your lead mix is handled with 48 hours' notice.

What counts as qualified

Every appointment we set has

Verbally confirmed they understand the purpose of the upcoming call or visit — a benefit review, a Will Kit delivery, a Child Safety Kit follow-up, or a policy review

Confirmed a specific date and time for the conversation

Confirmed they are the correct person — the union member, the Globe Life respondent, or the existing policyholder — not a spouse who happened to answer

Not been flagged as on the agent's personal Do Not Contact list

For POS reviews, confirmed the policyholder still resides at the contact address on file
