Zentrix exists for one reason: AIL and Globe Life agents need their leads worked, and they need it done by people who actually understand those campaigns. We are not a generalist call centre that took on insurance as one of forty industries. Appointment setting for AIL and Globe Life agents is the only thing we do.

Over three years in one world

We started in 2022 with a small team working union benefit leads for a handful of AIL agents. We were not trying to be everything to everyone — we picked one space and committed to understanding it completely. Three years later, we work across all five major AIL and Globe Life lead types, for agents and agencies in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.

In that time we have learned things you cannot get from a training manual. We have heard every objection a union member raises on an AD&D benefit call. We know the difference between how a Will Kit lead and a Child Safety Kit lead want to be spoken to. We understand why speed matters so much on Globe Life response leads, and why a POS review call to an existing client has to feel completely different to a cold lead.

That depth is the entire point. A specialist who has made the call ten thousand times will always out-set a generalist reading it for the first time.

What we actually know

The campaign knowledge a generic script can never replace.

Union AD&D benefit calls work best when the opener establishes the benefit before introducing the agent. The first 20 seconds determine whether you get a conversation or a hang-up.

Will Kit leads have a specific window. A member who returned their card in the last 7 days is a very different conversation to one who returned it 3 weeks ago.

Child Safety Kit leads are among the warmest in the AIL portfolio — a parent who requested a safety kit was thinking about protecting their family.

Globe Life response leads expect to be called but don't always remember doing so. Our openers reconnect them gently to their own expression of interest.

POS calls to existing policyholders are the highest show-rate appointments we set. The call is a courtesy, not a pitch, and it should feel that way.

AIL Canada and AIL New Zealand campaigns share the core union benefit model but operate in different regulatory and cultural environments.
